Alert RJ100 Shear Baling Press
The Alert RJ100 Series Scrap Metal Baling Presses evolved from the Ramjet presses that were suitable for shearing and baling light gauge Ferrous and Non-Ferrous materials.
With design and technology improvements the new balers are ahead of the competition on performance and ease of operation. These Alert Balers are constructed from 40mm plate and machined using the latest manufacturing techniques.
Bale size: l x w x h: 600mm x 200mm x Variable
The new design also features replaceable chamber and lid wear liners to ensure a long service life. The lid blades are straight whereas the chamber blades are serrated, this helps prevent the material from "walk away" from the pivot point whilst cutting.
The RJ100 Series Scrap Metal Baling Presses are available in Manual and Semi Automatic versions. The Semi Automatic version features the latest PLC and Software for smooth speedy operation.
