Alert Stationary Gantry Compactor AGC9
The Alert AGC9 Stationary Compactor Bin is designed and manufactured by Alert Engineering is a versitile small compactor with optional MGB Bin Lifter that can be easily transported from site to Refuse Transfer Stations or Tip Sites.
The compactor can be transported using a standard Gantry style Truck and holds a normal capacity of 9m3 in the bin.
Compaction and Tipper power is supplied by the built in Electro-Hydraulic Power Unit, and all functions are controlled by an Alert programmed on-board PLC.
The Power Supply (3 Phase) is connected from the supply (wall) to the receptacle on the compactor.
Additional Standard Safety Features include Key-Lock Operation (access is limited to trained personel only) Hydraulic Compaction Chamber Lid, Automatic (electronic) lock-outs and motor overload / heat protection.
Recommended transport is a 7-10 Ton Lift / Transport Gantry Truck (depending on refuse processed).
