Jacking Systems

The jacking system shown is an industrial hydraulic jacking system which was built to lift floors into place for large carparks. The jacking system holds and lifts concrete floors safely into place.  Another feature of the system is that it gives the operators the ability to make the new concrete floors above the ones already jacked up so there is no need for a crane.  For example, the new floor can be poured and reinforced two stories up and once the floor has dried and hardened the jacking system can lift that new floor into place.

This particular jacking system was used to build a hospital carpark.
