Lindemann Eta®Shred ZK Kordinator
It is very difficult to process highly contaminated mixed scrap, interspersed with non-ferrous metals, consisting of light to medium-heavy sheet and profile scrap, but containing up to 20% heavy parts. Because of the solid, unshreddable pieces in the scrap, processing in Shredder and Zerdirator plants can cause severe damage to the shredder or downstream conveyor systems.
The Lindemann Eta®Shred ZK has been developed especially for this type of material. Two feeder drive rollers advance the metal scrap into the interior for shredding. The scrap is precompressed and set to the optimal height by the feeder drive roller positioned at the top. This allows the hammers on the rotor to collect and shred the scrap better than ever. The Lindemann Eta®Shred ZK is equipped with a vertically oriented swiveling grid, through which the shredded metal is conveyed.
Applications
The Lindemann Eta®Shred ZK uses the latest technology and-thanks to its numerous special features-can easily handle a wide variety of metal scrap. The shape, quantity, or condition of the scrap does not matter.
The Kondirator crushes light to medium-heavy sheet metal and profile scrap without a problem.
Main Features
The Lindemann Eta®Shred ZK features extensive protection to reduce damages and increase machine´s availability. Due to its design, the Kondirator also allows recycling of material that is normally processed in Shredder and Zerdirator plants.
- One anvil is located in the top pivoting pressure arm
- The material is drawn in over the top of the rotor
- The inlert between the anvil and the beating circle of the hammers is variable and adjusts automatically to different scrap dimensions
- Extremely large, heavy items and long items can leave the housing through the vertical ejection grid
