TS Eco®Shred
The TS Eco®Shred product line offers the scrap processor an economical option to shred and process traditional scrap feedstock. These systems are typically designed to process volumes of 20-40 tons per hour of light scrap, such as tin, appliances, and car bodies. Models featured in the Eco®Shred line include the TS 60/60 and TS 60/80.
The TS Eco®Shred line is designed to process tin, loose scrap (sheet iron and appliances), and select aluminum scrap. The TS 60/80 is capable of processing complete auto bodies. The downstream components feature the robust design and reliability of larger TS systems, but are scaled down to provide for the lowest per ton operation cost.
Main features of the TS Eco®Shred line include options for mechanical or hydraulic feed, available in a single or double feedroll design. The shredders in the TS Eco®Shred line feature a traditional anvil and reject door. The front wall is offered in a hanging, “pinned” design.Bottom discharge grates in the TS Eco®Shred are designed to maximize throughput as well as non-ferrous recovery. Infeed conveyors and custom downstream options are available for all TS Eco®Shred shredding systems. The TS Eco®Shred product line is available with an open disc or helmet capped spider.
The TS Eco®Shred line of shredders offers an economical solution for processing a predominantly lighter scrap mix, with the primary feedstock being tin, white goods (appliances), and miscellaneous light structural steel.
