The TS Power®Shred line of shredders offers state-of-the-art heavy duty shredder design and cutting edge automation to maximize throughput and scrap quality. Over 25 years of design improvements have resulted in the industry's most proven and trusted scrap shredder. These features are coupled with custom ferrous and non-ferrous downstream solutions to meet any scrap processor's needs.
Applications
The TS Power®Shred line is designed to process all traditional shredder feedstock, including white goods, whole automobiles, bales, shredder logs, and some structural members.
Features
The TS Power®Shred series feature the heaviest duty infeed conveyors in the industry with proven, durable components. The TS Power®Shred feed chutes are designed with replaceable chute liners and feature state of the art, heavy duty, hydraulically driven double feed roll assemblies.
The shredding chambers in the Power®Shred line feature a removable, pinned front wall for maximum wear life and ease of maintenance. New generation lower bottom grates are designed for long wear life as well as optimal density and throughput. Both open disc and “helmet spider rotor” options are available in the Power®Shred series.
All TS ferrous downstreams feature options for magnetic separation, with or without air assist. In conjunction with the water injection system, TS downstreams produce the most consistent, clean shredded product on the market.
